Speaking

I speak to leadership teams, boards and conferences about getting AI into real work and keeping it there. Every talk comes with real numbers and something the audience can use on Monday.

practical, specific, no robots on the slides

Talks

  1. Your pilot didn't fail. It never had a number.

Why most AI pilots stall between the demo and the Monday morning, and how to pick one process, agree the baseline before anything is built, and get it live and paying its way.

For: Leadership teams, operations and finance audiences

  2. Show your working: what boards and regulators will ask about your AI

Who approved it, what it is allowed to do alone, which data it touched and what happens when it gets one wrong. The questions coming your way, and how to have the answers on file before they're asked.

For: Boards, risk and compliance, regulated industries

  3. AI isn't bought, it's sold: 20 years inside the IT channel

How enterprise technology really gets bought, why AI is being sold the same way, and what buyers should demand instead. Candid, practical and occasionally uncomfortable for vendors.

For: Buyers, founders, channel and partner audiences

Spoken introduction

Our next speaker spent twenty years selling technology to big organisations. Then he got tired of watching them buy AI that couldn't explain itself, so he started building it himself. Today he's Chairman and CTO of ETT Group, working across Dallas, London and Vancouver, and he still builds the products himself. Please welcome George McKenna.
